Now, in 2024, Jersey Girl Chocolate proudly enters a new chapter under the ownership of Nicole Edelson. For the first time, a true “Jersey Girl” has taken the reins. Nicole, a born-and-bred native of the Garden State, purchased the company in August 2024, and she is brimming with fresh, innovative ideas that only a local could dream up.

The journey began in Morris, Somerset, and Monmouth counties, and our outstanding chocolate has since made its way into hundreds of gourmet markets, liquor stores, pharmacies, gift shops, delis, and farm markets throughout New Jersey and beyond.
